Motor Mount System Part 2 (2020-01-18)

 

A regular motor mount connects the motor, chassis, and bulk.

 

The anti-torque is the reaction torque generated when the motor tries to turn, and rear going to sink caused by anti-torque.

 

However, at the same time, the front acts in the direction of rising, as opposed to the rear which sinks. That's what you call pitching.

 

This is markedly effect to high-mounted motor chassis.

 

 

However, the F.M.M.S has motor mounts floating from the chassis and bulk.

 

The motor's reaction torque does not directly affect the chassis.

 

This means that there is no pitching that pulls the front up!

 

 

The reaction torque of the motor is input to the main shaft, not the chassis!!!

 

Because the motor mount is free, a force is applied to the main shaft which is the fulcrum.

 

The image of the motor running up the spur gear!!

 

But It can't run up, so the force of motor is applied to main shaft!!!!

 

It is then input from the rear bracket to the bulk end through the point of fulcrum!

From the bracket to the end of the bulk is the point. The force applies right behind the axle!

 

The force will be put on where you want most! The principle of leverage!!

 

 

 

The motor's power is released from the back of the axle toward the road surface!!!!

 

In other words, the reaction torque of the motor is converted into the force to push the road surface through the fulcrum.

 

Turn it into traction!

 

And because the motor is free, the front of the chassis is not pulled up.

 

The force only goes to the rear!!!!!!!

 

What an ideal system ・・・・・

 

 

The image of machine's front and back force ratio without anti-torque,

 

Front 1: Rear 1

 

To the normal anti-torque

 

Front 0: Rear 2

 

F.M.M.S.,

 

Front 1: Rear 2

 

It's like that.

 

If it is normal anti-torque, the front grip will become loose and the rear will be stronger.

The feeling is keep the front grip feel and only the rear feels stronger. ・・・・・・

See, it's ideal.
And since the front grip feel will not loose, it is an addition like add setting of the front according to the stronger rear ・・・・・・
